Wild Acre Cartlodge is a two bedroom cosy farm barn type property nestled in the Essex country side close to Colne Point Nature Reserve, and is ideal as a quiet getaway for those that appreciate nature.
The views are outstanding over looking the Blackwater & Colne estuary and surrounded by farm land and wild marsh land, the property has the best views on the farm and is reached down a private lane with good parking next to the property.
The property has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room of a reasonable size. (A travel cot is available upon request)
Down stairs has a comfortable lounge/diner with fantastic views through sliding patio doors, a fully fitted kitchen is fitted with all mod cons and a four place pine table for cozy evening meals and comfortable soft couches to doze off in front of the flat screen TV. A fully fitted bath room to the rear of the property comes with a bath/shower pedestal basin and low level w/c with fitted towel rails.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 features a double bed and Bedroom 2 two singles. Comfortable and furnished with matching pine furniture. Both rooms have lovely views over looking the estuary.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with a oven and gas hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, plenty of utensils pots and pans a four person pine table and chairs for dinning. Plus a utility room with washing machine
Living Rooms
The lounge diner has a flat screen TV with a separate DVD player comfortable seating for four or five persons and large oak and sliding patio doors with views across the farm and estuary. Patio Bench outside for outside dining too.
