WELCOME TO WILD ACRE CART LODGE

4 STAR QUALITY INSPECTED HOLIDAY ACCOMODATION IN ST. OSYTH

 

When you turn down our private lane and drive through the stables you leave the hustle and bustle of every day live behind you and start to unwind.

The views that greet you are wild and beautiful with salt water marsh and farm views everywhere.

Our cart lodge was built in 2010 and has been awarded a four star Quality in tourism award and can cater for up to four adults with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one contains a double bed and one with two single beds.

The lodge shares the site with just one other property the owners so a peaceful and quite stay is assured and if you are into bird spotting the owner can give you lots of advice if required.

On the ground floor is a compact kitchen with fridge freezer Microwave cooker, gas hob & electric oven etc. there is also a luxury bathroom complete with shower/ bath/ low level toilet, washbasin etc.  The lounge looks out over the salt marsh to the stunning river Colne and Blackwater Estuary through oak French doors (best views on the farm) and when you get tired of the views and  sunsets there is a  flat screen TV/DVD to relax in front of.  Gas central heating is supplied with adjustable radiator valves for your personal settings.

Outside is a small patio area complete with wooden table and seating and plenty of off road parking.

Wild Acre Cart Lodge offers 4 star accommodation with two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people and is fully equipped self-catering holiday home.  The Wild Acre Cart Lodge makes the perfect centre to explore this wonderful area.

Sleeps 4

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 features a double bed and Bedroom 2 two singles.  Comfortable and furnished with matching pine furniture.  Both rooms have lovely views over looking the estuary.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with a oven and gas hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, plenty of utensils pots and pans a four person pine table and chairs for dinning.  Plus a utility room with washing machine

Living Rooms

The lounge diner has a flat screen TV with a separate DVD player comfortable seating for four or five persons and large oak and sliding patio doors with views across the farm and estuary.  Patio Bench outside for outside dining too.
